Complete an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout in 19 minutes as a tribute to the Navy SEALS who were lost during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan. The WOD: 19 min AMRAP of 400m run/ruck with a sandbag (or odd object) and 19 burpees. Then if you're up to it we will do a 3 mile ruck.
