In celebration of Colorado Wine Fest, we're opening up a unique incarnation of Colorado's 1st Legal Bourbon- straight from the barrel!We transferred our handcrafted Colorado Straight Bourbon into a freshly emptied Sauvage Spectrum Devil's Prey-soaked Wine Barrel for an additional year of maturation to craft this novel spirit.
The resulting bourbon boasts a rich mahogany hue that’s several shades darker than Peach Street Colorado Straight Bourbon’s traditional amber hue, with notes of dark cherry, vanilla and jam balanced by sharper edges of rye and spice, and a touch of sweet corn.
Only the folks at this tasting will get to taste this delicious nectar straight from the barrel and at full Barrel Strength, plus a few other bottled Bourbons and Whiskeys. You can even keep the Peach Street Distillers Tasting Glass!
