Expect a few classic wines and classic cheese combos, there might be a Chianti Classico and a wedge of Parmesan, or maybe a Rioja Reserva and a mouthful of Manchego. But also expect a few new pairings to turn your head. We've been quite taken with the mixture of Malbec and the mature Irish goat Gouda called Kileen.
