9th Annual Red, White and Brew 5K, a Lakeland tradition!

This year we move to Swan Brewing and a brand new course in Lakeland, FL to better serve up the Brew portion of the event! Everything else except the course is the same!
Registered participants will receive a custom bib and men's and women's tech shirts (cotton for the youth) (Guaranteed if pre-registered before June 15th! Don't wait to register!) Finishers will receive a medal!! And don't forget to sign the little ones up for our Lil’ Firecracker Fun Run for children 9 and under! Largest team will have a $500 donation made on their behalf to the registered 501c3 charity of their choice.
Early Packet pick up - TBD: Wed, July 3, 2024, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Day of Race - Swan Brewing, 115 W. Pine Street, Thurs, July 4, 2024, 6:00 am - Registration and Packet Pickup; 7:04 am - Race Starts; 7:30 am - Pancake breakfast begins! 8:00 am - Approx time for the Lil Firecracker runs to begin. 8:15 am - Approx time for awards presentation.
