City of Winter Garden is hosting the following FREE Fourth of July Community Celebrations:
20th ANNUAL ALL AMERICAN KIDS PARADE & BREAKFAST
Thursday, July 4, 8:00 -- 10:30 am
PANCAKE BREAKFAST: 8:00 – 10:00 am (Kids Eat Free!)
Winter Garden Masonic Lodge No. 165, 230 W. Bay St.
Before the Parade, bring the family to a Pancake Breakfast at 8:00 – 10:00 am at the Winter Garden Masonic Lodge. Kids eat free and breakfast is available for adults to purchase, while supplies last. There will also be free entertainment, fun activities and complimentary patriotic decorations for your bike, scooter, wagon, and even your walking shoes to march in the parade!
KIDS PARADE
Parade: 10:00 am Kickoff (Lineup: 9:45 am) at Winter Garden City Hall, 300 W. Plant St.
Join your community in this down-home tradition that started back in 2004. Kids, wear your red, white, and blue and parade through historic downtown by bike, scooter, wagon, or foot. (All ages are welcome to participate!)
The Parade kicks off at 10:00 am at City Hall and loops around downtowns West Plant Street. Parade procession is typically 30 minutes long.
Spectators are welcome to line the street to get a good viewing spot to cheer on the parade participants. Bring your own chair to watch in comfort. Whether you are a participant or a spectator, waive to family and friends as the patriotic parade strolls by.
PARTY IN THE PARK
Thursday, July 4, 6:00-10:00 p.m.
Pre Show Entertainment & Activities: start at 6:00 pm
Fireworks Display, 9:15 pm
Newton Park, 29 W. Garden Avenue
Spectacular fireworks display over Lake Apopka with live music, family activities, and more for all ages. This is a free event presented by the City of Winter Garden. The festivities begin at 6:00 pm with Live Music performed by special guest Ranahan, Games, Crafts, Vendors, and more!
The fireworks start at 9:15 pm.
Bring a chair or blanket and pack a picnic. (NO alcohol Is permitted). Parking is available at several locations on North Dillard Street.
No Personal Fireworks & No Alcohol Are Permitted.
DOWNTOWN ROAD CLOSURES – West Plant Street from Dillard Street to Park Avenue, as well as adjoining side streets, will be CLOSED for the All American Kids Parade ON THURSDAY, JULY 4, from 2:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM.
Fourth of July events will take place on Thursday, July 4, 2024 – rain or shine.
RED, WHITE & BLUES ON THE PLAZA

Centennial Plaza, Historic Downtown
Extend your holiday celebration into the weekend with Red, White & Blues on the Plaza!
The Grimes Alley Blues Band entertains downtown by singing the blues from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday, July 5. Grab a nearby swing, dine at a nearby patio, or bring a chair for a front row seat to enjoy the live music. Downtown is bursting with patriotic decorations making it a perfect setting to enjoy the blues.

Downtown Winter Garden is Red, White, and Blue through Independence Day Weekend! The patriotic decorations throughout downtown pay tribute to America’s holidays while adding nostalgia to the charm of historic downtown. Enjoy the décor while you shop, dine, and stroll. Also, a great backdrop for capturing holiday memories in photos!
