Meal Prep Class & Supper!!Join us for a social start at 6pm, class start at 615pm.
Inspire Health will bring everything to prepare 3 family size meals with each meal consisting of over 1.5 lbs of meat and over a pound of veggies. {All seasonings, spices and olive oils included.} You will also take your meals home in a cute little Inspire Health insulated food bag--come prep with us!!
Three Take Home Meals:
Meatball Soup
Mongolian Beef w/Broccoli
Cowboy chicken w/Green Beans
I will also be TEACHING on EMOTIONAL eating, handouts, and Q&A for this class.
You will also get FREE supper with your class. TBD when closer to the event.
