• PLEASE< be sure to eat something or intake some sort of fuel before the hike and bring snacks along. We are going to be exerting energy, so please plan accordingly.

PARKING: $5 (Payable via cash or QR code at kiosk)

What to expect:

• Meet-up at the trailhead or parking lot prior to the hike. If you are running late, please communicate your ETA with the organizer.
• We will start off with some light, dynamic stretches led by Coach Ari with the Mirror Impact
• We will begin a moderately-paced hike through the woods as a group.
• At some point we can take a longer break to refuel with water, snacks or do some mindful movement next to whatever view or body of water we are appreciating!
