A monthly wisdom and sharing circle for all women and nonbinary people. The Red Tent is a sacred space that honours your life, creativity, intuition, rites of passage and cyclical nature.

Come, sit in circle, feel safe and supported, share wisdom and stories, and gain inspiration and an empowered perspective.
The evening is structured with a combination of sharing circle, creative activities, time to chat over cake and guided visualisations.
The circle starts at 7pm and doors open at 6.45pm (please do arrive on time so as to get the full benefit of the circle!), usually with a simple meditation followed by a talking and listening circle. We will finish at 9pm and ask that participants leave by 9.15pm - this shorter time slot is to reduce the risk for all of us from Covid 19.
Seating is either on the floor on on a chair in our well ventilated and socially distanced downstairs space, which is all level access and has an accessible, gender-neutral loo.

The Art House is taking the following measures to reduce the risk of Covid-19 spread:
* Prebooking tables/seats to limit numbers
* Tables/seats are socially distanced
* Table service - please stay at your table or seat
* Sanitisers at the entrance & at the loo door
* Enhanced regular cleaning of loos & high touch areas
* Limiting time to 2 hours for the event - we ask that participants do leave at closing time to reduce contact time and enable our staff to clean up safely.
* We've also fitted ventilation in the space and created more room for social distancing
We ask that you:
Not come to this event if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, or you or somebody you live with are waiting on test results, or if you have been asked to self-isolate by the NHS track & trace system.
The Art House is a mask-positive space, however you are not required to wear a mask for any/all of this event (we leave this up to you).
Participants are encouraged to use a lateral flow test before coming as an additional safety measure, this is taken on trust and not checked or asked about.

The event is held on our ground floor with level access and an accessible toilet on the same floor. We provide a variety of seating options. If you have any specific access requirements, please let us know.

We are a city centre venue and parking can be in short supply. If you are driving, please make sure you leave plenty of time to find a space click here for a map of where the nearest parking spaces can be found.
We are about 10 minutes walk from Southampton City Centre train station and on the route for most city centre buses.
