We Want to Hear from YOU!Red Oaks is hosting community listening sessions to explore how nonprofits, local leaders, businesses, and other partners can help connect people to nature and each other.
We want to hear from community members about their concerns, hopes, and goals, for themselves and their children's future. This meeting will not be geared towards solutions to allow maximum space for listening. Meetings will be lead by our Director, Tina Brouwer-Kraska.
Our goal is to break out into small groups at times to allow for more time for people to share and learn from each other, based on attendance. We encourage people interested in this discussion to bring friends and neighbors to this conversation. Please come welcome to share your lived experiences and bring open minds and hearts for all participants.
We will provide some space to have some Q&A about Red Oaks and its programs if interest and time allows, but our primary goal is to learn more from the communities we currently serve and hope to serve even better in the future.
