-Infrared Light Therapy- feel the gentle warmth of an infrared mat, known to support circulation, ease muscle tension and promote detoxification. The red light wavelengths are 660nm for skin rejuvenation and the infrared is 850nm for muscle and joint tissue and reduced inflammation.
-Healing sound bath- Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and other therapeutic sounds wash over you, calming your nervous system and enhancing deep relaxation
-A full-body reset - This immersive session will leave you feeling lighter, refreshed, and reconnected to yourself
-Blankets and eye masks are provided. Feel free to bring your own blankets and pillows for extra comfort

LIGHT THERAPY CONSIDERATIONS
Eye Safety: Eye protection will be worn during parts of the red light therapy practice. You will be guided accordingly to avoid eye strain.
Photosensitivity: If you have photosensitive skin or are taking medications that increase light sensitivity, consult a healthcare provider before starting red light therapy.
Heat Sensitivity: Be mindful of the heat generated by red light therapy devices, especially if you have conditions that affect your ability to sense temperature.
Health Conditions: People with any of the following conditions should consult a healthcare provider before using red light therapy.
People with cancer or a history of cancer.
People with epilepsy
People with thyroid disorders
Wounds: Do not use on open or fresh wounds.
Children: Not recommended for infants.
Infrared can only be used for 30 minutes at a time. The mat will be on an automatic timer to ensure the maximum time is acheived .
