Red Kite will return to Sojo’s with their blistering alchemy of surging psychedelia, steamrolling rock and fringe-dwelling jazz fusion! Distilling order from a crushing whirlwind of chaos has been the stock in trade for Red Kite since the Norwegian heavy psych jazz supergroup joined forces in 2014. The quartet of Torstein Lofthus (drummer of Elephant9), Even Helte Hermansen (Bushman’s Revenge guitarist), Trond Frønes (Sunswitch bass player) and Bernt André Moen (Shining keyboardist) released two albums on RareNoise Records and are now vigorously working on a new album.
