The Red Jeans Redemption Project transforms an everyday item - jeans - into a profound medium for healing and empowerment. This initiative invites survivors of sexual trauma to share their stories anonymously by writing them onto red jeans. The bold red symbolizes redemption, standing as a testament that survivors are defined not by their trauma but by their resilience and strength to rise above it.
Open to veterans and other community members, please join us Saturday, April 12 at SHero's Corner from 11am-1pm. Red jeans will be provided for participants to transform into a personal canvas, sharing their journeys of survival, healing, and hope. Together, these jeans will form a powerful collective tapestry, showcasing stories of courage that inspire empathy and understanding. Don't miss this opportunity to connect, create, and inspire!
