On Sunday, October 12, more than 50 Oklahoma musicians willplay two stages at 18 th and Boston in Tulsa for the 10th annual “Skinnerfest,” celebrating the life and songwriting tradition of Oklahoma Music Hall of Famer, Tom Skinner. The event benefits the nonprofit Red Dirt Relief Fund’sFinancial Assistance fund to aid music creators facing unavoidable emergencies.
