Last time we had a nice walk so it's time to kick it up again with some running intervals. Scientific fact: running is way more fun when it's not 5 million degrees outside. Hopefully the middle of November will bring some lovely fall temps!
We'll do our normal 3-mile Red Cup route, starting with a 5-minute walking warmup. We will then run for 2 minutes and walk for 1.5 mins, repeating these intervals for the remainder of the route.
Afterwards, we'll eat and chat at Red Cup like always!
This is and always will be a casual social run. All levels of fitness and vegging are welcome! There will be no lockbox or hydration provided so come prepared for your own needs.
