Let's have some seasonal fun and find all the reds and greens on a nature walk at Friedrich Wilderness Park.About this Event
We will meet at the pavilion at Friedrich Wilderness Park to start this nature walk for all ages. (The pavilion is between the trail entrance and the bathroom building.)
We will identify all the red and green things we can and maybe take some pictures! We will talk about why some plants change color in the fall and why some plants are evergreen. Maybe we will see a Northern Cardinal!
We will take the Entry Trail (asphalt), Forest Range Trail (asphalt), and smooth portions of the Main Loop Trail (gravel).
