Bring your e-waste to Butler’s campus for a FREE community drive-through collection event in partnership with Technology Recyclers.We’ll unload your car and sort your electronics for recycling to protect our groundwater, soil, campus, and community from hazardous materials.

» Lead acid batteries
» Electrical equipment
» Laboratory equipment
» Most small appliances and items
that have cords and plug in (no large,
full size appliances accepted)
» Other loose batteries (we do take the
batteries within the electronics)

Paper documents, paint, toxic chemicals,
furniture, wood, tires, full size appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, regular size refrigerator) and clothing
WILL NOT be accepted.
All TVs and monitors have a $20.00 fee each.
Copy machines and devices containing Freon
are $30, which will be collected before the
item will be taken. Everything else FREE!
Butler employees and students get a $10 discount
on paid items. Cash or check preferred.
