Any participant that wants an egg at the end must have a ticket.
It's time for the Reculver Charity Easter Egg Hunt for the HatHats Foundation!
When you purchase your ticket you will be emailed a barcode for each participant.
This year we will be running the egg hunt from our classroom, as usual, however, instead of going into the classroom, we would ask you to scan yourself in and pick up your hunt sheets from the side entrance to the classroom which will be clearly signposted, please do not queue for the main coffee shop.
When you arrive at the site please have your barcodes ready to be scanned by our team. Ideally, we would like one person from each group to queue in order for us to safely serve everyone. You can turn up anytime between 9AM - 3PM.
You will then be given a sheet with 2 different hunts on (one aimed at our younger visitors 3-5 and the other for our older guests 5+). Please bear in mind this is a spelling task if you wish to bring younger children.
At the end of your hunt please head back to the side entrance to the classroom where you will be asked to put your completed sheet in a box and collect an Easter egg of your choice.
This event is open to families of all ages, we advise that sensible clothing is worn, please take the weather into consideration and bring sun protection if needed. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Sadly, due to the fact we are raising money for the HatHats Foundation, we will not be able to offer any refunds, if you can’t make it for whatever reason we will hold your Easter Egg for you to collect at another time simply email [email protected] as we will be holding all eggs for 7 days after the event.
