Our session will focus on employer branding. LHV’s brand needs no introduction in Estonia as they have won many awards as the most desirable employer. We’ll hear how they leverage this to find the best talent in the market. But that brand is well-known in Estonia - we’ll also learn how they managed to expand into the UK being unknown there.
The experts from Cohorts will take the stage to share how to build an employer brand in your niche, in new markets, and how to discuss rewards as part of your employer value proposition.
