Full-Time Fundraiser (Dublin)
- PAYE employment (no zero-hour contracts)
- Door-to-Door and event-based fundraising
- Speaking with the public and representing major Irish charities
- €600 weekly training pay (first 4 weeks)
- €700 weekly base pay thereafter
- Uncapped commission + monthly bonuses (OTE €55,000)
- €60 weekly travel allowance
- Full training provided
The Role- As a Face‑to‑Face Fundraiser, you’ll represent some of the Irish best‑known charities, speaking
- directly with members of the public at private‑site locations and, where a campaign requires
- it, door‑to‑door (we’ll confirm ahead of any assignment).
- You will:
- ● Inspire people to become regular donors for life‑changing causes
- ● Engage the public in meaningful conversations at well‑run campaign sites
- ● Set up displays, maintain a welcoming presence, and uphold brand standards
- ● Collaborate on events and initiatives with your team
- ● Input accurate data and assist with donor onboarding
- ● Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team culture

- Your Working Week
- Variable hours depending on site/campaign; standard pattern is 10:30–19:00, Monday–Friday
- Daily structure: 7.5 hours of work with a 30‑minute break
- Optional weekend shifts available on a volunteer basis
- Local radius: Work within ~1 hour 15 minutes of your office; any road trips away from home are entirely voluntary, fully expensed, and never a condition of employment
- What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Fluent level of spoken English
- Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus, but not essential; full training

- Eligibility to work in Ireland
