About this Event
The AIESEC recruitment event is designed to introduce potential members to the organization and the various roles available within it. Participants will learn about AIESEC’s mission and impact, engage in interactive games that simulate key job responsibilities, and have the opportunity to ask questions and network with current members. The event aims to provide a hands-on experience of what it’s like to be involved with AIESEC and help attendees determine which roles might suit them best.

Which vacancies do we currently have:
1.Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage AIESEC's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute content calendars.
- Design and publish posts, stories, and updates alligning with AIESEC in Belgium campaigne
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.
2.Project and Candidate Manager for Volunteer Programs
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates interested in volunteering abroad.
- Guide candidates through the application process, including providing information about projects, visas, insurance, and other practical matters.
- Advise and assist candidates in choosing suitable volunteer projects.
- Oversee the logistical planning of projects, including travel, accommodation, insurance, and other necessary arrangements.
- Maintain communication with local project coordinators and ensure the smooth progress of volunteer projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of volunteers and the project itself.
- Resolve problems and offer support to candidates and project coordinators when challenges arise.
- Coordinate feedback and project evaluation upon the completion of volunteer placements.
3. Event Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute AIESEC events on campus and in the community.
- Develop promotional strategies to maximize event attendance.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, setup, and materials.
- Manage event budgets with Vice President Finance & Legal and timelines.
- Promote events through online and offline channels.
- Engage with participants during events to foster connections with AIESEC.
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
4. Campus Outreach Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage info booths on campus.
- Organize and conduct lecture presentations in lecture halls.
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with students.
- Track the success of campus outreach activities and report on outcomes.
5. Marketing Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of members responsible for offline promotional activities in weekly marketing team meetings
- Plan, organize, and oversee the setup and operation of info booths and lecture presentations on campus.
- Ensure that all offline activities are aligned with AIESEC’s overall marketing and outreach strategy.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure successful execution of tasks.

- A presentation covering AIESEC’s history, its role in leadership development, and the benefits of joining.
2. Interactive Role-Specific Games
- To give participants a practical understanding of the responsibilities and skills required for different roles within AIESEC.
3. Q&A and Networking
- To address any questions attendees have and provide opportunities for networking.
- An open Q&A session followed by informal networking where participants can interact with current AIESEC members and other attendees.
