Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Join us for an informal recruitment and learning event to find out more about working with Compass Children’s Homes.

We currently have vacancies in our LD Children's Home just outside of Kidderminster, and we’re looking for Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Support Workers to join our amazing team.

What to expect:

• Hear from one of our Therapeutic Practitioners about our homes and our unique approach to therapeutic child care.
• Learn about our learning disability-specific approaches, including evidence-based communication techniques such as Makaton, and Total Communication.
• Find out about the rewarding opportunities and progression available at Compass Children’s Homes.
• Take part in interview opportunities so we can get to know you and help you discover if you’d be a good fit for our homes.
