Learn from industry experts about the best practices for attracting and keeping talented employees. This event will provide valuable insights and tips to help you build a strong team. Don't miss this opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and enhance your recruitment and retention skills!

According to a recent survey by the Chartered Institute of Personnel (CIPD) almost half of businesses surveyed (47%) reported they had ‘hard to fill’ vacancies. The same research suggests that in order to secure the labour supply needed to meet demand, retention is as important as recruitment. (Labour Market Outlook, Summer 22, CIPD)

Hiring a new employee cost more than their salary. In fact, when hiring a new staff member at the average UK salary of £27,600, the true cost a business, on average, for the first year of that employment is around £62,890 so it’s important to get it right. Addressing staff retention in your business will also pay off in the long-term. A clear staff retention strategy offers benefits including increased employee engagement, improved employee satisfaction, better customer service and greater productivity.
