Recruiting Volunteers

We know from recent surveys and reports that many charities are finding volunteer recruitment a challenge so we're working with Kent Volunteer Partnership and a number of Kent Volunteer Centres to bring you this event, which will focus on recruiting volunteers in difficult times.

In the morning Beth Peal, CEO of Ashford Volunteer Centre and lead on Kent Volunteer Partnership, will deliver a training session looking at the challenges of recruiting volunteers and suggesting ideas on how to improve your volunteer recruitment and retention. After a networking lunch, the afternoon session will give you the opportunity to have a one-to-one discussion with one of the Volunteer Centres. Currently we know that colleagues from Ashford, Imago (West Kent) and North West Kent will be joining us and we hope that others will also be able to attend. More details will follow.
