This fun, family-friendly program is perfect for walkers and runners of all levels. Whether you’re pushing a stroller, running with friends, or just starting your fitness journey, you’re welcome here!For just $40, you’ll get 4 weeks of guided runs, encouragement, and community support, plus your registration for the Boo Dash Halloween 5K is included (a $30+ value on its own!). That means you’re basically training and racing for the price of one event. Each additional registrant in your group will pay $35 instead of $40! After completion of the Boo Dash you will also receive a t-shirt!!
Let’s train together, laugh together, and cross the finish line strong! Each run will be 1–4 miles at an easy, social pace.
First 2 weeks at we will meet at South Shore Beach and the last 2 we will meet at City Park!
