About this Event

Recreating Islamic Geometry

Our workshop will explore the relationship between maths and art, through the lense of Islamic geometry. Participants will design stamps made from reused materials and use them to create infinitely tessellating geometries, practicing mathematical symmetry, artistic expression, material reuse and printmaking all at once.
