This will be a public in-person course being held at 8320 Madison Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227 (Upstairs Assembly room)
Recovery support ethics is a two-day, interactive discussion around the ethical domains and criteria that recovery support professionals should follow to maximize outcomes for everyone the recovery support professional supports. All participants will learn more about how to maintain ethical standards around various topics that are involved with recovery support work. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to maintain appropriate ethical standards in recovery support services.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
· Define Ethics and how they relate to recovery support services
· Understand recovery support core competencies
· Learn various skills necessary to provide ethical services
· Identify processes for ethical decision making
· Create strategies for ethical decision making

This course provides 16 CEU’s. CEU’s are Category 1 CEU provided by Indiana State
statute 839IAC 1-6-2(F)(86)

This course is required for the Certified Peer Recovery Coach-Associate (formerly
Certified Addiction Peer Recovery Coach I), Certified Peer Recovery Coach
(formerly Certified Addiction Peer Recovery Coach II), Certified Recovery Coach
(formerly Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CRC) and Certified Recovery Coach
