Recovery Map Workshop
We all struggle. It's part of the human condition. But it doesn't have to feel hard and you don't have to struggle alone.
This workshop is for you whether you are struggling with:
- perfectionism
- people-pleasing
- depression
- anxiety
- alcohol overuse
- grief
- co-dependency
- over-spending
- anything else that is keeping you from feeling peace, ease, and clarity.
Join me and other like-minded individuals for this in-person workshop at Bella Prāṇa Yoga and Wellness Collective in Tampa, FL.
During our time together, we'll dive deep into the journey of recovering ourselves from the things that are keeping us from living our best life. We will explore different paths to healing and growth and we will create a plan to move you from functioning to thriving.
Using a framework called The Recovery Map, we will create a plan to move you forward in your recovery. This exercise splits your life into 4 categories (My Mind, My Body, My People, and My World). We will explore each area, talk about the importance of supporting these various areas, and discuss different practices you can add in each area to support your recovery. Whether you're just starting your recovery journey or seeking to enhance your existing practices, this workshop is for you!
We will learn, discuss, journal, and connect with one another along the way. We're also planning a coffee run up to Buddy Brew on Kennedy after for anyone who wants to continue the conversation.
