Get ready — Recovery Games 2025 is back and bigger than ever, and this year we’re making waves @ The Beach!🌊☀️This is a day for everyone in or supporting recovery, and for those who believe in the power of community, connection, and celebration.
🏆 What’s Happening
• 40 teams from across the UK recovery community will go head-to-head in an epic inflatable battle zone, stretching across land and water! 💦
• Beach games & Challenges
• Wellness workshops & peer support
• Music and inspiring speakers
• Kids & family zone featuring:
– 🎪 Free inflatable play park
– 🎭 Street performers & circus skills
– 🎨 Face painting
– 🗺️ Children’s treasure hunt
• Special guests the Mos Eisley Misfits will be attending — taking you to a galaxy far, far away
• The colourful, high-energy Festival of Colours — hosted by one of our headline acts! 🌈
• And of course, the return of the legendary Warrior Dance Arena 💃🕺
🎧 One is none other than old school legend DJ Slipmatt — a true pioneer of the UK rave movement whose legendary sets helped shape the sound of dance music. He’ll also be bringing the energy as host of our vibrant Festival of Colours!
🎤 The other is Karen Parry, the powerhouse vocalist behind some of the most iconic club anthems of the early 2000s. Including "Shooting stars" & "Discoland"
🔥 Trust us — the Warrior Dance Arena is going to be next-level. Drywave one of the UK's largest sober rave promoters will be lighting up the stage along with there resident artists.

The Recovery Games is held by Aspire Drug and Alcohol Service, a partnership between Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust and registered charity The Alcohol and Drug Service. Between them they provide treatment and detox rehabilitation for people experiencing drug and alcohol addiction.
