Recovery + Beyond is a class open to all survivors and YMCA members. This is a small group personal training class that will focus on individual attention to improve strength, mobility, and balance. This class offers FREE wellness coaching and incorporates pre and post assessments to track progress.Registration in advance is required.

Three month scholarships to YMCA are available for cancer survivors. This class is offered at the Walnut Creek YMCA on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:15 pm - 2:15 pm.
