Join us on Wednesday, Februrary 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Rancho Santa Susana Community Center in Multipurpose Room B

Were you a renter or homeowner living in a High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone during the Thomas wildfire in Ventura County in 2017? --- If so, you may be eligible for up to $350,000 in financial assistance to help you buy a home outside High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones of California.

Up to $350,000 in Homebuyer Assistance for Wildfire Impacted Families --- You don’t have to have perfect credit to qualify, and the financial assistance is forgiven after five years!

When you complete your FREE ticket purchase, please indicate if you would like interpreter services at the event, so that we may furnish the necessary interpreter, equipment and translated handouts.
