Welcome to the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance event!

Were you a renter living in a Special Flood Hazard Area or impacted by a Flood Disaster in Santa Cruz County during 2023? --- If so, you may be eligible for up to $300,000 in financial assistance to help you buy a home in California outside special flood hazard and high fire zone areas.

Up to $300,000 in Homebuyer Assistance for Flood Impacted Individuals and Families --- You don’t have to have perfect credit to qualify, and the financial assistance is forgiven after five years!

Spanish and American Sign Language interpreter services will be provided at this event upon request. When you complete your FREE ticket purchase, please indicate if you would like interpreter services at the event, so that we may furnish the necessary interpreter, equipment and translated handouts.
