Did you live in California Zip Code 95422 (Lake County) in 2017? Was your residence located in a High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone? --- If so, you may be eligible for up to $350,000 in financial assistance to help you buy a home in california outside high fire zone areas.
Up to $350,000 in Homebuyer Assistance for Wildfire Impacted Families --- You don’t have to have perfect credit to qualify, and the financial assistance is forgiven after five years!
