Were you a renter or homeowner living in a High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone during the Thomas wildfire in the City of Montecito in 2017? --- If so, you may be eligible for up to $350,000 in financial assistance to help you buy a home outside High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones of California.
Up to $350,000 in Homebuyer Assistance for Wildfire Impacted Families --- You don’t have to have perfect credit to qualify, and the financial assistance is forgiven after five years!
