Follow the instructions for this beginner mandala on a record, and as you go along you can add your own design as well, or just keep with this basic design. They are all beautiful! Since mandalas are a meditative art, relaxation and release from tension are an added bonus. Many many colors to choose from. Come have some fun and relaxation for your mind!
