Reconstruction

"Reconstruction" is a shadow performance about the imaginary self-initiated rebuilding of destroyed buildings of Mariupol and Kharkiv. Based on interviews during a research tour through four cities of Ukraine to explore Ukrainian citizens feelings about their cities, the young theatre group “Tinyova” created a non-verbal poetic play that can be interpreted as a reflection of inner states of people rasther than the liud and agressive outer realities.
