This workshop is a gentle invitation into a reconnection to the inner essence & truth of who you are.
Give yourself the gift of your own vulnerability and authenticity, realigning to your inner heart space and your knowing within.
This will be a space that will support you in letting go of struggle and survival; returning to your own innate wholeness, power and presence.
Seeing the choice we have to stay in our familiar patterns and ways of being that provide comfort and protection but keep us feeling separate and closed up, or to surrender and let go, allowing the barriers to naturally fall away.
With the support from others we can find the courage to drop the restrictive patterns, the negative thoughts, doubts and insecurities, as none of this is who we really are. We are so much more, as behind the illusion of struggle and separation we are really all one. As each of us takes a step into openness and truth, we experience the connection and energy from others who want us to be free to be ourselves fully, as this is what we all want in our deepest being. This is the uplifting support that emerges in the workshop that makes taking these steps feel natural and easy.
These two days can either be experienced as a complete journey together (a two-day workshop where the second day will deepen and enrich all that we will have covered on the first) or you may attend just one of the days, Saturday or Sunday if you can't make both, as each one will also be beneficial in it's own right.
Both days will include reflective inner inquiry, meditation, supportive & nourishing bodywork as well as plenty of time and opportunity for sharing and authentic relating with others in pairs and in small groups, which enables the deeper connection to happen within the group as a whole.
Saturday - Releasing Barriers.
Sunday - Self-Acceptance.
The main theme of Saturday's workshop will be about finding freedom from some of the barriers we have constructed around ourselves. Seeing that our protection eventually becomes imprisoning and that when we have a shared sense of safety and trust we can start to soften and open. We will create a very supportive atmosphere in which we can take some risks and allow a little more of who we are to be seen.
The main theme of Sunday's workshop will be a continuation of the opening that started on Saturday but with an emphasis on the freedom to be who we are rather than having to fit in, please others, be good enough or play any kind of role. It will be about releasing ourselves from any self-imposed conditions or expectations and seeing that we are enough just as we are.

Mark is an integrative transpersonal coach & therapist who has been running courses and workshops in self-awareness and therapeutic healing for over 25 years. He creates a uniquely safe environment where people can fully be themselves and explore all that is within them, in a way that feels engaging, fun and natural.
I love creating opportunities for people to be real and authentic, opening themselves to discover more of who they really are. My focus and interest is on all the ways we create separation between ourselves and others and how we can open to a different possibility in which we are connected and at one with each other and our world.
