Participant Equipment or Requirements:
A water bottle and comfortable clothing for a gentle wander in the gardens. Long sleeves, trousers and enclosed footwear are recommended.
Other details:
Drawing on the principles of nature therapy, these sessions will encourage participants to explore and connect with nature at the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens.
Activities include grounding in present awareness, wanders through the gardens, opportunities for interacting with other participants, and small adventures in creativity.
The event will go ahead in most cases and will only be cancelled if storms or heavy rain is predicted. Please contact Jay if unsure.

Directions:
Drive up through the lower end of the car park
Park somewhere near the Cafe/Arts & Ecology Centre
Jay will meet you at the path entry near the blackboard
If you are running late, please make your way to the grass inside the Sculpture Garden
If raining, the session will be held in the shelter - on the second turn on the right up the path
Important information:
You must be registered for the program to join in the activities - please REGISTER HERE
All activities cost $10 or $5 with a Health Care/Pensioners card
Evidence of this card will be required at the first class
Where appropriate, the cost for children under 18 years of age is $5 when accompanied by an adult, or $10 if a children's-only activity
Sessions run for a minimum of 45 minutes (check with provider)
