Reconnect with Nature: Forest Bathing Sessions for Adults with Neurological conditions

Experience the therapeutic power of nature through our nature connection sessions, thoughtfully designed for adults with neurological conditions. The sessions aim to support people with neurological conditions such as brain injury, stroke, parkinson's disease, MS and others. The session will involve a mindful practice of connecting with your senses and immersing yourself in the calming effects of nature, where each session offers a unique opportunity to enhance your wellbeing.

This mindful connection with nature has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve mood.

Led by experienced clinical psychologists and neuropsychologists, our sessions are tailored to accommodate various neurological conditions, aiming to provide an accessible and supportive environment. Each session includes:

Guided Nature connection: Slow-paced, guided mindfulness in the park
Sensory Engagement: Activities designed to heighten sensory awareness and connection with the environment.
Relaxation Techniques: Breathing exercises and mindfulness practices to promote relaxation.
Ending with a socail element if refreshments and snacks.
