A highlight of the class is our “Meet Your Intuition” Guided Meditation, where you'll be guided on a peaceful inner journey to connect with your intuition—whether it shows up as a guide, a symbol, a feeling, or simply a knowing.
You’ll also experience:

• A sensory mindfulness practice
• Ego vs. intuition reflections
• Grounding and energetic protection techniques
• Simple ways to support your intuition in daily life
No prior experience is needed—just bring a journal, an open mind and heart, and your curiosity.
