Come along for this one-day self-care and well-being workshop to support you in re-connecting with your inner child, to provide them with nurture, and allow them to heal and play.
Through the busyness of adult life and challenges we face during childhood; we can often become disconnected with our inner child, leaving us feeling disconnected, self-critical, unhappy, or overwhelmed.
When we connect into our inner child, it gives us a chance to play, to be creative, curious, and spontaneous. These things are essential for well-being and bringing positive opportunities and joy to life.

During the day you will get the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that will assist both your body and mind to shift into these uplifting feelings and sensations, helping you to connect to the awe and wonder of everyday life.
There will be a light lunch provided during the day.

Debbie is an experienced therapist and therapy trainer with a wealth of knowledge and understanding. From her background in primary education, she has a deep recognition of the importance of nurture and play, something that she feels is beneficial for both adults and children alike.
