An evening to reconnect to the joy and magic within yourself, relax, and find hope during this changing times. November’s session will focus on our foundation in life. How do we experience and nurture our sense of security, and our close relationships? How do we connect to our sense of home and place, and strengthen our energetic connection to the Earth?
We will look inward, experience gentle self-discovery, connection and relaxation. Enjoy guided meditations, self-inquiry activities, tea reflections, stories of hope, and learn about the supportive qualities of red jasper.
Participants will need to be able walk up stairs to access the gathering space.
