Reconnect to the Divine Within Day Retreat presented by Yoga with RandiahWe are all universal consciousness and divine source energy. It is something that can never be taken away from us, yet many of us are disconnected from this truth of who we really are. It is time for us to reconnect to the divine within by tapping into our energetic bodies, opening ourselves to our guides, eating nourishing foods, and tending to our emotions. Join us for a day of kundalini yoga, reiki and sound therapy for the chakras, guided meditation, and an intention setting ceremony.
Itinerary:
10 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Arrivals: Must arrive by 10:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m. Opening circle: Introductions and an intention setting ceremony to ground ourselves in preparation for the day.
11:45 a.m.: Kundalini Yoga: This session will include Nabhi Kriya to activate the solar plexus chakra where the true self lies.
12:45 p.m. Catered lunch, optional 15 minute reiki sessions, shopping: Healthy vegan and non-vegan options will be served for lunch. There will be time to shop for crystals and handmade gemstone jewelry with Quartz ‘N Crystals or receive a 15 minute reiki session for an additional fee.
2:45: Guided Meditation to Meet Your Spirit Guides: Our spirit guides are always with us, but we have to be open to receive their messages and accept their help. This guided meditation will take us into the dimension of light where we can receive a message from our guides.
3:15 p.m. Reiki and Sound Therapy: A relaxing soundbath to allow for integration of the day’s lessons. Everyone will receive a few minutes of reiki during the soundbath.
4:15 p.m.: Journaling and Tea Time: Take time to reflect while enjoying herbal tea.
4:45 p.m.: Closing Circle: We’ll close the sacred space together, share our experiences, and take the magick we’ve cultivated home with us.
6 p.m.: Departure
* Snacks and herbal tea will be provided throughout the day.

Meet your facilitators:
Randiah is a Pagan mystic, RYT-200, certified kundalini teacher, sound healer, writer, and spirit having a human experience from Detroit. She teaches primarily kundalini, yin, and restorative yoga rooted in meditative introspection. Randiah uses a variety of tools including somatic movement, energy work, breathwork, crystal singing bowls, and her voice to help people reconnect with their higher self. She is honored to guide you on your journey home.
Carolyn is a retired nurse of 33 years. Her healing spirit inspired her to become a reiki healer after retirement. She is a certified Usui Reiki I and II practitioner and has been using her healing touch to help others for over five years. She is the owner of Quartz ’N Crystals where she makes gemstone jewelry and sells healing crystals to support her energy work, and boost clients’ wellbeing.
Together, this mother-daughter-duo make up Goddess Healing.
