Over three nourishing days, you’ll be guided through fluid yoga practices with Janelle, The b.class® with Tara, grounding meditations, intention and values journaling with Taylor Avender, a sound bath with Nicole, soulful community conversations, and moments of pure restoration. Together, we’ll create space to soften, to play, and to reconnect with what makes you feel most alive.
