LET'S BREATHE EXETER!
Join Georgina Rose for this 2 hour immersive workshop where you will breathe, move and release to reconnect back to your most authentic self.
Using the power of the breath, the 3-part conscious connected breath technique, along with somatic movement, energy healing and specially curated music playlists, you will step beyond the thinking mind back into the body to rewire, release and reconnect.
Your breath will drop you deep into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, making space for the body to discharge stored and stagnant energy and emotions, leaving you feeling lighter, more connected to your joy and authenticity.
If you are ready to change your state in a supported space, you won’t want to miss this. These monthly workshops are open to complete beginners and experienced breathers alike, where spaces are limited to ensure full support is offered to every breather.
