Cradle Mountain National Park is a place of exceptional natural beauty in the heart of the Tasmanian World Heritage Area.
From moss-covered ancient rainforests and deep river gorges to snow-covered mountain peaks, wild alpine moorlands and glacial lakes, the park is revered for its diverse and breath-taking landscapes.
Wildlife is in abundance in this spectacular national park, giving you the opportunity to encounter Tasmanian devils, quolls, platypus, echidna, wombats and the highly inquisitive black currawong.
The Park also offers some of the worlds most famous walking tracks to explore that ranges from very short, easy strolls to the legendary Overland Track.
On this retreat allow yourself to reconnect and reflect and explore the magic which is Cradle Mountain National Park.
Allow yourself to take the time out to free your mind through connecting with the beauty of Mother Nature herself.
This retreat is delivered in an organised, yet layback style where the aim is to cultivate heartfelt connections, enjoy relaxing nature hikes (all levels) Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation practices (beginner friendly) open sharing circles & powerful Q and A sessions around the fire place.
You will also have everything taken care of for you including all your meals. You you have to worry about is relaxing and being totally present in the experience.
You will have the opportunity to un-plug from your busy life and take time to restore, revive, reconnect and reflect and have some fun with other like mind people.
*You will be staying in a deluxe 2 bedroom cabins with all the modern luxuries for your comfort including gas fire place and electric blankets to keep you warm at night.
*We will also have our own inside community camp area where we will meet and do meals.
*All hikes are optional and if individuals wish to do something else during some of organised hikes that is totally fine also.
*Included in your investment is Mini Bus Transport to Cradle Mountain via pick up from Launceston Airport at 12pm on the 26 March.

RETREAT INVESTMENT:
All Deluxe Cabins are 2 bedrooms. Your bedroom is private but the lounge rooms, kitchen and bathrooms would shared with whoever else is in your cabin.
We have men and women in separate cabins and/or couples together.
Private cabins can also be organised for an extra cost.
