This face-to-face workshop is targetting care and support staff, including independent contractors who support older people in their homes and community through CHSP and Home Care Packages.
Workshop includes:
- Learning the benefits of identifying change in the person you support.
- What to look and listen for when identifying change.
- Use a simple method to remember what changes to be aware of.
- Case study practice in small groups.
- Instructor feedback on communicating change for safety.
Independent Contractors wil receive a $50 eftpos gift card for attending.
