Having been played in Canberra since 2017, every dollar raised in the Canberra Community Cup and associated events goes directly to Reclink Australia programs within the ACT. Reclink’s structured sport, and recreation programs improve life outcomes for those experiencing mental illness, family violence, homelessness, social isolation, gambling harm, unemployment, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
The Reclink Community Cup is an incredibly fun day chock-full of family-friendly entertainment, the inimitable football match itself augmented by not just live music but also bars, food trucks and a relaxed atmosphere that firmly emphasises community over football and team spirit over individual skills.
The Canberra Reclink Community Cup will be held Sunday 14th September at Alan Ray Oval, home of the mighty Ainslie Football Club. Bringing together the explosive Canberra music scene in the Limestones and the spirited local media community in the Noise for an epic day of grassroots footy and live music.
