About the Program
Reclaiming Life on Your Terms is a four-week, trauma-informed education and recovery program designed to help women break free from cycles of love addiction, codependent behavior, and emotional dysregulation.
Led by Donna Campbell, a Registered Nurse specializing in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with over 30 years of experience, this program offers a compassionate and structured pathway to healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
Through guided insight, interactive discussions, and practical skill-building, participants will explore how experiences and conditioning shape emotional patterns — and learn to reclaim clarity, confidence, and control in their lives.
Program Focus
💫 Awareness – Understand what shapes your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
💫 Choice & Unlearning – Make conscious decisions and release limiting patterns.
💫 Take Back: Building the Skills to Regain Control – Strengthen balance and confidence through emotional mastery, assertive communication, confident decision-making, and self-trust.
💫 Embody – Practice new skills and create a plan for continued stability and self-empowerment.
Who Should Attend
This program is ideal for women survivors of gender-based violence, trauma, or emotional abuse seeking tools to rebuild confidence, independence, and emotional balance.
