Through a blend of guided visualization meditation, reflective journaling, gentle somatic movement, and meaningful group activities, you’ll be invited to explore personal stories and experiences with curiosity and compassion, gaining insight into how past moments may influence present-day perspectives and behaviors.
This immersive workshop offers a holistic approach to those on a self-healing journey. Together, we’ll create a nurturing and supportive space for connection, reflection, and community.
