Reclaiming Rest - Grounding for Relaxation, Sleep & Breath

Join us for a powerful one-hour class designed to help you reclaim your rest, reset your breath and connect to your body. September 9, 2025 from 6:30-7:30pm , Hope and Jen of Sole to Soul, LLC will take you through an experiential learning session about the healing power of reconnecting to the vibration of the Earth for more calm and better sleep!
You’ll learn the fundamentals of grounding and earthing, and explore simple, rooted stretching and yoga nidra techniques to prepare your body for a good night sleep. These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, reduce physical tension, and calm you—from the ground up.
This class offers a gentle, effective way to reconnect with your natural vitality. We will cover some basics on the art and science of grounding and all the benefits and then plug you in and guide you through positive sleep practices to change your routines and set you up for restorative rest.
